Terms and Conditions – Green Galaxy Futsal Turf

1. Bookings & Cancellations

All bookings must be made in advance through our website, phone, or in person at the venue.

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 12 hours before the booking time. Failure to do so will result in no refund or rescheduling option.

2. Player & Spectator Conduct

Players and spectators must follow all safety rules and instructions given by Green Galaxy staff.

Any form of aggressive behavior, violence, or misconduct will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the premises.

No spitting, littering, or damaging the turf. Any intentional damage will be charged to the responsible party.

Alcohol, smoking, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.

3. Safety & Liability

Players participate at their own risk. Green Galaxy is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or lost personal belongings.

All players must wear appropriate sportswear and footwear (no metal studs or sharp objects on the turf).

Green Galaxy reserves the right to refuse service to anyone violating safety guidelines.

4. Parking & Spectator Viewing

Our unique parking setup allows vehicles to be parked behind the goal for an exclusive viewing experience.

Drivers must follow parking instructions and ensure their vehicles are parked safely. Green Galaxy is not responsible for any damage or theft of parked vehicles.

5. Weather Policy

In case of extreme weather conditions, Green Galaxy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings for safety reasons. Refunds or alternative time slots will be provided in such cases.

6. Photography & Promotions

Green Galaxy may take photos/videos during games for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the staff in advance.

Any promotional offers or discounts are subject to change at Green Galaxy’s discretion.

7. Amendments to Terms & Conditions

Green Galaxy reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be updated on our website.

8. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be provided for cancellations made at least 12 hours in advance.

9. Personal Belongings

Players are responsible for the safekeeping of their own belongings. Green Galaxy is not responsible for any loss or theft of players’ items.

10. Data Collection

Green Galaxy collects personal data from players, including but not limited to name, age, and skill level, for the purpose of enhancing our services and tailoring the player experience.

All personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations.
